1. click on Add Remove Programs
2. In the Currently Installed programs Click on Microsoft visual studio 2008 Professional Edition, Click on Change/Remove
3. Once the Maitenance Mode is launched, on the Bottom-Left, there's an option to Enter the Serial Key, click on it
4. Enter the Serial Key provided in this file, click on Ok
5. Voila, Product is registered
