如果您不想建立微軟帳號的話 請參考動畫操作即可自建離線帳戶登入...
方法一:

安裝前先斷掉網路 (可拔掉網路線) 待安裝到底下的畫面時....
鍵盤按 shift + F10 叫出"命令提示字元" ->輸入 OOBE\BYPASSNRO 然後再按[Enter] ->就會重啟電腦
重啟電腦再回到安裝設定介面 即可跳過微軟帳號登入 使用離線自設帳號繼續了....
待安裝完成再插上網路線恢復聯網....
