You have to confirm a few matters first
1.Your CD-ROM drive can read DVD-R
2.Your DVD-R can broadcast in the computer
3.Whether your optical disk have already burned to record completion or not
4.In your CD the content isn't a correct DVD video disc and isn't a general file
